These are some of my favorite things and things I get asked about most frequently. I buy this stuff with my own money and share it because I love it and think you might too. Amazon Associates is the only affiliate program I’m a part of and any of their affiliate links generating revenue will be labeled [AFFILIATE].
Aromatherapy diffusers — I’m extremely self conscious about animal odors in our zoo so we have two of these downstairs. I like that you can change the light color and that it has 1-, 3- and 6-hour setting modes.
Car aromatherapy oil diffuser — Can never have too many oil diffusers, right? I stumbled upon this at Marshall’s and thought it would be a total flop. It’s actually awesome and anyone who gets in my car comments on it.

Ninja Coffee Maker — The most used product in our kitchen. I love the Ninja because you can brew single cup, travel cup, carafe and iced coffee all on one machine. It has a reusable filter basket (so no stupid pods) and you can use any coffee you want. Huge fan.
Marble coasters with gold trim — Honestly so impressed by these. I saw an expensive version somewhere and did what I do best and turned to Amazon to find the next best thing. Did not disappoint.
Also available in square! Thirstystone NMKA2170 Square White Marble/Gold Edged Coasters (Set of 4), Multicolor [AFFILIATE]
Closet shoe rack — Love this thing. I went with a 2-pack of the 3-tier, giving me 6 shelves to stack any way I want.
Couch — We are fully obsessed with our first piece of Joybird furniture. We went with the Safeguard fabric upgrade, which repels most liquids (you bet we tested it by dumping water on it) and stands up to sun damage and destructive pets. Couldn’t be happier with it. The Eliot is great because you can flip which side the sectional lounge is on if your room orientation ever changes.
Living Room Rug — This is the #1 thing I get questions about and finding it wasn’t easy. I think I went through 4 rugs in this room in 2 months before landing on a winner. I’m Team Cheap Rug because our animals inevitably destroy them so this was the first time I really invested in a heavier piece. I do not regret it. The design and color of this rug is also extremely forgiving to our black and white animal fur that’s everywhere but somehow remains invisible.
Dining Room Rug — This is the #2 thing I get questions about. I’m a big fan of Rugs USA because it’s tough to find them NOT in the middle of a huge sale. The design and color of this has also been forgiving with our animal fur.
Christmas tree — I’m a big believer in fake trees and this 7.5-foot pre-lit one from Amazon is a DREAM. Takes less than 5 minutes to assemble and then about another 30 to fluff the branches. I’m decorating it with two packs of the loveliest 48-piece gold/mint/pink ornament set that matches our everyday decor.
Electrolyte powder — My sister introduced me to this stuff the morning after her bachelorette party. It brings you back to life.
Stainless steel straws — I like that this set comes with 4 straws (2 straight and 2 bent) and a brush to clean them.
Cruelty-free dish soap — Note that this comes in a 6 pack so you’ll be set for… ever.
Beauty & Clothes
Dr. Brite teeth whitening pen — I stumbled upon this at TJMaxx and am blown away by how well it works. I’ve been dying to find a vegan, cruelty-free teeth whitener and this is IT. I’ve experienced zero sensitivity as a result of using it.
Josie Maran tinted moisturizer — I rarely wear foundation but I love this argan oil tinted moisturizer. It gives you a nice dewy glow and a little hint of color to even everything out. Quite possibly my favorite product find of the year.
Josie Maran Argan Daily Moisturizer SPF 47 [AFFILIATE]
Josie Maran cleansing powder — I’d never seen anything like this and possibly just bought it because it sounded so different. It’s a dry powder you apply to wet hands to create an exfoliating cleansing paste. I use it every other day or so and can’t get over how bright and smooth it makes my skin. Second favorite product find of the year.
Lotion P50V — This little liquid has a cult following (people call it “Jesus in a bottle”) and it will change your face. I want to take a bath in it.
Naturopathica Vitamin C revitalizing lotion — This is my everyday moisturizer that I put on before the Josie Maran tinted moisturizer listed above. It’s super light and not greasy at all. Naturopathica products have been a game changer for me.
Naturopathica Argan & Retinol wrinkle repair night cream — I noticed a difference in my skin in less than a week with this every night. Obsessed.
Pineapple enzyme face wash — Dead simple everyday cleanser for morning and night.
Coconut micellar cleansing water — Face wash alone never removes everything so I follow the cleanser up with this on a cotton pad.
Pineapple enzyme facial towelettes — When all else fails (or when I’m just too lazy to actually cleanse), I rely on these facial towlettes.
Cruelty-free body wash — Huge fan of Jason products and the realization that I can buy them on Amazon.
Cruelty-free shampoo & conditioner — I’m rarely product loyal when it comes to hair care but I’ve stuck with this brand for quite a while now.
Vegan leather boots — Nick got me these for Christmas a few years ago and I get a ton of questions about them. It’s the Madden Girl Kloo engineer boot in Black Paris.

Resistance bands — My favorite thing about these bands is that they’re clearly labeled in order of lightest to heaviest.
iPhone case — This thing is a lifesaver. I use my phone constantly and drop it pretty regularly and (fingers crossed) have never had any disasters.
Large umbrella — I bought two of these for our office because we actually have to walk outside to access the bathroom (~*~*~luxury~*~*~) and that sucks when it’s raining. These are full-size, not foldable or “bag size” so don’t get them for travel.
