It’s October. We can eat pumpkin things now until Thanksgiving and that’s it so live it up.
Easy vegan pumpkin smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon coconut cream
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- sprinkle of nutmeg
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- optional vanilla protein powder
Put it all in a blender and puree until smooth. For a thicker, more frozen smoothie consistency, freeze your pumpkin puree into ice cubes before using.
