Cinnamon apple toast with peanut butter and coconut cream


I love PB&J but when you’re looking to elevate your toast to a weekend-worthy level, adding skillet “baked” cinnamon apples is an excellent choice.

Cinnamon apple toast with peanut butter and coconut cream


  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or oil of choice)
  • sprinkle of nutmeg
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 2 pieces of toast
  • 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream

Warm coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced apple and spices and cook until golden brown and beginning to caramelize. Toast bread and spread on peanut butter. Add apples and then top it off with a dollop of coconut cream.

  2. i have all of these ingredients – except the coconut cream. instead, i could maybe do it with apricot jam that i have in the fridge from tarts i previously made. it all sounds so good!
