Pineapple Vanilla Smoothie

I’m all about these tropical smoothies this frigid winter. This one is a simple combo of fresh pineapple, vanilla protein powder and cashew milk.

Pineapple Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 scoop vanille protein powder
  • 2 cups unsweetened cashew milk

Just throw it all in a blend and process to combine.

I don’t generally buy Silk products (not for any reason other than that I just shop at Trader Joe’s) but when I saw their new cashew milk I was just curious enough to try it. I got the unsweetened option and don’t really love it any more or less than my standard unsweetened almond milk.

  2. I agree, I was WAY excited about the Silk cashew milk because I L-O-V-E the homemade version with cinnamon and vanilla, but I was underwhelmed by the carton. Oh well! It’s easy to make anyway! 🙂
