Remember yesterday’s apple crisp with peanut butter oat crumble? I turned it into a breakfast parfait for you because I love you.
Assembly require but it’s easy and worth it. Do this.
To make this breakfast parfait I layered:
- vegan overnight oats
- banana soft serve
- baked apples

And for the oats I simply combined 1/3 cup rolled oats, 2 teaspoons chia seeds, 1/2 cup almond milk and refrigerated it for about two hours. (I would normally put a mashed banana in my overnight oats but since we have the banana soft serve here I skipped it. I almost never let them sit overnight and thus can’t figure out why I still call them “overnight” oats.)
