Hello and happy Friday!
I’ve had a jam packed week and am admittedly counting down the seconds until 5pm and a glass of wine. Here’s what’s I love right now…
Coconut Latte at Luna’s Living Kitchen
Aside from wanting to live inside Luna’s (or at least have my home decorated as such one day), I also can’t get enough of their completely insane coconut latte. I pay $8 for it, which is really not ok but it’s SO OK if you get what I mean.
Raw Protein Powder
This Garden of Life RAW Organic Protein Powder is my favorite and the only one I’ll use. I finally replenished this week and have been back on the smoothie bandwagon in the mornings. I have a new eating routine where I have pre-breakfast (usually a smoothie) at home around 7a, a real breakfast (oats or something) at work around 11a, lunch also at work around 1p, afternoon snack still at work around 3p, and then dinner and a dessert at home after 7 or 8p. It just keeps me really level to strategically snack like that all day. I love it.
Big Hair Don’t Care
It has taken me two years to get my hair this length and I am thrilled.
