Easy Vegan Peanut Butter Fudge


Happy Friday. Let’s make fudge…

I’ve been eating crazy clean (thank you, New Year and Kayla Itsines) so naturally I want some fudge, please. Never fear; this healthy little treat is made out of fruit and nuts with no added sugar. And it still tastes good.


Easy Vegan Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 10 dates, soaked for two hours and drained
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Spread into a small dish and refrigerate to set. Makes 8 squares.
