25 Days of Yoga: Week 3 Schedule

Screen shot 2014-11-30 at 9.03.09 PM

Week three is here! I confess I missed one day entirely (on the 10th) and have had two home practices that consisted of about 15 minutes of flow. BUT… I am back in a rhythm with my body and my practice and it feels great. I hope you’re enjoying it too. Here are you videos for week three… This will take us all the way up to 12/21 and then there are just four practices left!

Monday

20-minute Yoga Flow for Detox and Digestion

Post-weekend detox, anybody?

Tuesday

Energizing Morning Yoga Series

Let’s wake up like we mean it.

Wednesday

Total Body Yoga Workout

Yoga with a dude! I am actually at no shortage of male yogis, and many of my very favorite teachers are men. Still, the lie seems to carry on that yoga is not an activity for men. Let’s dispel that myth, please.

Thursday

20-minute Yoga Energy Boost

I want to keep this as short and sweet as possible to hammer home the point that every little bit counts when it comes to yoga. Even if you can just commit to a quick 10-minute flow first thing in the morning or before bed, you’ll notice a change. Promise.

Friday

Heart Opening Yoga

Lovely little 30-minute backbend class.

Saturday

Yoga Flow for Abs and Core Strength

A full 50-minute class to fill up your Saturday.

Sunday

Yoga for Back Pain

A nice slow flow for Sunday.

  1. Thanks for posting these. I just got started with yoga after running a marathon (needed a big switchup!) and these links been really helpful!!

Awesome! So glad. And congrats on the marathon!

  2. Just did the Christmas flow (on Christmas). WOO — 20 minutes of back bending changed the day 🙂

Yo, if your stats tell you M. Rausch is opening this page almost every day, it’s because I’ve been doing these practices at least 4 times a week since Christmas! Thanks for helping out a tired expat living in a conflict zone, Tater 🙂

Ah! That makes me so happy! I’ll have to round up some more so you don’t get bored…
